These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with any promotional material relevant to the BWT Water Softener Challenge.
- Entry is open only to those companies / people that meet the criteria stated on the promotional material.
- All entrants should ensure that they are eligible to take part under their own company’s compliance policy. Registration is free and any reward is dependent on completing the challenge in line with the rules outlined here and on any promotional material.
- Any promotional products related to the promotion must be paid for before a prize can be collected.
- Prizes are limited to one per company, branch or person unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Prizes are for company owners and employees only, no family or children sorry.
- Once issued prizes are Non –Transferable.
- BWT will endeavour to notify prize winners within 14 days of a claim being made using the contact details provided.
- It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are correct.
- Due to the time sensitive nature of some prizes BWT retain the right to withdraw the prize if they are unable to contact any winner within14 days.
- The judges’ decisions are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- Entry to external events is at the discretion of the event organisers and not BWT, please act accordingly.
- Minimum age for attendees is 18 years.
- Recipients of tickets should note that it is their responsibility to make their own travel arrangements to & from the venue, joining instructions will be issued at the time the prize is awarded.
- In the case that the event is cancelled, any prizes will be reissued in line with the organiser’s actions and recommendations.
- There are no cash alternatives to any prize.
- BWT staff, family and their friends are excluded from any BWT promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
